Lesley A. Cayton

Lesley Cayton joined the Gary C. Johnson team in 2024, after more than a decade handling medical malpractice and wrongful death cases at a multi-state regional firm. Lesley handles complex personal injury cases, including environmental exposure, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, as well as car accidents and nursing home negligence.

Lesley graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2009 and is an active member of the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. She graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University in 1995 with degrees in German and Anthropology. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Cayton was an IT professional in the nonprofit sector, working on projects such as developing custom software for human services projects and running volunteer income tax services for low-income families.

Lesley resides in Lexington, Kentucky and in her spare time enjoys hanging out with her family, hiking, and making a mess in the kitchen.
